You get a saw complete with its own "go anywhere" floor stand
A 3/4 hp motor provides ample power for more strenious tasks such as cutting large beef bones
The stainless steel sliding table makes chops and steaks a breeze to cut.
With a height of 305mm (12") there is plenty of room for cutting the larger pieces of meat - width of cut is 255mm (10") from side of saw to blade.
The blade guide assembly ensure the blade runs straight at all times to avoid twisting and snapping of the blade
You set your thickness guide to give you exact chop/steak thickness
The mincer comes with a course plate so you can mince sinewy meat and a fine plate for mincing sausage meat
Fit the sausage funnel under the mincer cap and away you go making your own delicious home-made sausages (we also stock many varieties of sausage meal)
